I have had the good fortune to fish with Bill Vines since 1996, and I can say without a doubt he is the best striper guide on Smith Lake. Bill is a true professional who runs a great operation. He's as dependable as the sunrise and so is his boat and equipment. Bill works very hard to ensure his clients have a good time, and he knows Smith Lake better than anyone I have ever met.
